Many overpriced SME buy there share in grey market around 30-40 lots at a premium for example
5000/- per lot-
So total company investment is around 2 lakh, to get issue over subscribed of issue of 15 -40 crore,

So we investor get trapped in and apply to get atleast 1 lot,
and on listing date scenario is different..

Right from the beginning, I was really wondering about its pricing, how one can keep it's price so high that nothing can be left on table for the investors. Really very happy if this issue is withheld or revised it's pricing. The outcome of today's subscription is that the issue fail to subscribe fully.
This time retailers shown the right place to the promoters / Lead Managers and no one can take retailers as being the taken granted. Let's see what next.

Such kind of reckless pricing would ultimately derail the SME bull run. Promoters and LMs need to control their greed in the overall interest of SME market, otherwise story of "The Hen that laid golden eggs" would be repeated very soon.

May be this company list if list - open in lower circuit.

SEBI ALSO NEED ENQUIRY FOR VALUATION AND AVOID SUCH IPO BY RETAILERS.

If the price is reduced, as is in this case, then what happens to the existing applications?

The existing applicant will get at new price, even they can withdraw their application till the closer date.

Issue is extended till June 21, 2023 and its price band reduced from Rs. 314 - Rs. 330 to Rs. 298 - Rs. 314. Still its price appears greedy. One may use his/her own discrimination for applying this pricey issue.

Thanks to Retail Investors, who did not trap. Such type of pricy IPO should be flopped so that Promoters & LM should realise the power of comman man...

A reduction of just 5% in the price band still makes it pricey. Issue is now likely to sail through. 20% reduction in the price would have been justified for investment.

Correct price should be 120 only and they are asking 330

Don't dishearten him. When issue price reduced by 16 rs, then obviously 15 rs. GMP increase is reasonable. In fact, after reduction of price, gmp fall by 1 rs. (-16+15).

Well. LM took one nightmare of a job.

Retail 71% is not a good idea from LM side. Otherwise, it could have sailed through.

@trueinfo I think in addition to amount there must be some minimum no of application required as per some information I heard that's why few applications are being purchased in grey to go through the issue but not sure ....
