Can you guys let me know what is your profit percentage?
How much for the INVESTOR and how much for the ALLOTTEE?

10% for the use of demat,
Another 10/15% if money used by demat holder (to avoid unnecessary transactions).
In all cases I bear brokerage and 100% losses, if any.

This is how I do it:
1. Entire investment/application amount is mine.
2. 10% of the profit to DMAT holder.
3. If there is any loss, I bear it completely.
4. Account holders are not earning anything else, so no issues of income tax.
5. Account opening/AMC etc. charges to be paid by account holder.

Bidding is sent by banks to any of the two exchange. For example my Indian Bank account always send bids to BSE while Kotak sends to NSE.

I just checked that 2nd/3rd account holder can apply in IPO using SBI ASBA facility using internet online banking.

Please guide what is the tax rate applicable in case of capital gain from minor account.

@rajeshwar if capital gain is already taxed at 15 per for short term then what is the sense of adding it to parent income. Do we have to pay tax twice.

yes its only 15 % flat, no dual taxation.

Spend some time here you will be educated your self.

Stop all third party application, nobody will get allotment in third party. Even if you have second or third account holder in bank account, you will be rejected. I will welcome any discussion on this topic.

100% true all third party application including 2nd holder in bank account should be rejected.

Agree with @Ankur Goel basically the check would be DEMAT A/C holder and the first/main holder in a Joint Account with the PAN check will be considered valid as this is also allowed while opening a Demat for anyone connected to a joint a/c. what will cease is the third party application wherein the funding A/C holder may be different from Demat holder A/C. Good move as this will curb the practice of opening random A/c for the sake of multiple IPO applications.
