They have a bunch of arrogant people working as customer care staff that would refuse to take cognizance of investor's problems. I've had a first hand experience of this during the covid time when I couldn't deposit a dividend cheque due to lockdown and asked them to re-issue the same. They tried every trick in the book to delay the payment and make an ass out of me with illogical, whimsical explanations only to refute my claim later on. I had to lodge a compaint to make them come around.
These high handed linktards triff with the investor's fate as if they are the masters of their destiny.
