Result upto March 23 should have been provided. Absence of complete result raises doubt.

Absence of FY 23 result, high debt and PE of 55. All these factors don't encourage for applying here.

Firstly proprietorship concerns converted into Ltd कंपनी for fund raising by LM and registrars now it seems after PM मुद्रा योजना के बाद SME issue are best for fund raising without any credentials and Financials .

Name gives an impression of being a communist. Hope they do actually manufacture and not just assmeble China products. Products on Flipkart n amazon have OK reviews. But a very new company. Elin n Avalon both established players n in mainline are struggling to even touch IPO price. P/E of 55 not quite attractive considering some window dressing for IPO is a norm. OEMs are not the flavour of the season with recession n high inflation everywhere. But they are selling their own brand as well. Rising revenue but high debt as well. Will wait n watch how this pans out in grey market.

While QIB subscription is low in SME but Now trend becomes in sme ipo of QIB portion which reduces NII and retail portion in sme IPO.

Koi bhi dang ka QIB kabi bhi SME IPO mai investor ka paisa nahi lagata.

Govt kripya dhyan dhe. Yaha Gadbad chalu hai, scripts ko manipulate kiya ja raha hai.
