Hi All, Had myself involved in purchase department and having seen the freight rates of 2021 and 2023, globally the freight rates have gone down by 100% now on an average, while this company has doubled the profit when compared to 2021. 2021 was best years for all logistic industry over a period of 15 years. cant say about listing, but the 2023 profit is very disturbing and does not justify.

VITAL CHEMTEC - can any one highlight regarding this script. As it is trading below its IPO price, and its been a 1 year now.
Every thing is good about the co, but still the price is not recovering on this script.

Look for half yearly result than only think to buy.

Iam not planning to buy this, i am holding this script since IPO.

Though company looks below average but only 1 active IPO and it will list alone. It will give some listing gain.

I will apply for 10% gain or 10% loss either side. Gain ka chance jyada lagta hai.

2 HNIs for 10 lots and 4 retails applied.

Why everyone applying blindly?
They already know israel palestine news.
It might burn your body anytime. (Sharemarket fall)
Still subscription will go beyond 100x by e.o.d. wow

​@Modi Adani  First day terrorist all over world celebrated what happend, and now world is celebrating whats happning..there is nothing to worry..100 years old issue is going to be totally soved. World is going to found how terrorisiom can be defeted in short time.

But why do we want to put hands in fire when we know its burning already?

Avoiding 1 or 2 IPO till matter resolved is better. ( Even most of recent SME gmp going down post closing date.)

But its their own choice.

Market has a mixed sentiment overall and this companies financials looks cooked for FY23..
Only benefit it has is that this IPO comes when investors don't have any other IPO open.. So, I think, applying for pure listing gain would be lucrative.

Inspite of all odds, war between countries, itself investors have lot of funds available in the Bank cannot sit idle. They are committed to Share Market. So, committed to Committed Cargo.
Don't know whether this is going to take care of investors or not. But investors are taking care of promoters at all level.

Revenue decrease and profit increase.
Expert please explain.

2023 is cooked. 2022 can be base number. Accordingly there is no scope of gain. SELL & APPLY

Sorry, Can't say in public. Something which surprised with good listing and now corrected abt 25%. You can find it easily. It came in last 4 month IPOs

Bad market mood. Not much listing gain expected through figures looks not bad. I am avoiding for time being.

Looking at subscription figure there is no clue About APPLY OR AVOID...

May be tomorrow @ 2 pm picture may clear, Weather to apply or not... Currently figures of subscription not bad.

One of the reason for good subscription is becoz it is the only ipo available as on date. Last week there were a dozen. All major refunds except plaza wires have come in. That too may be a reason

Sir, pl update S2 rate tomorrow also so that we will be able to take firm decision whether to apply or to skip this SME ipo? Subscription figure looks quite good as of now.
