You need to apply from different bank account / Demat as every account has PAN number allotted.

you have to apply at 411 per share with 30 shares quantity. (411 x 30 = 12330)
432 issue price - 21 retail investor discount
432 - 21 = 411

I applied 9 lot from my canara bank account online and amount blocked .. may I cancel the present bid ? Or is it valid ?

The amount for shares are blocked when you subscribe for it. Post allotment based on the status, either shares would be credited or amount would be refunded.

You better apply only one lot per application. So modify your application accordingly because you will get only one lot and that too if you are lucky
