The under subscribed portion will be added to the net issue meaning it will go to QIB, NII and RII in the proportion to the allocation i.e. 50%, 15% and 35% respectively.

SEBI is yet to make the change to the regulation to add these shares to RII alone. Hope they do it soon.

Thinking of applying in HNI in this counter. I know that I will not get the Retail discount but the GMP is jaw dropping. Is it a good idea?

CDSL had attracted 40k crore worth subscription in NII, AU had 43k crore worth. Assuming COCHIN will attract 50k subscription then per share costing would be 99.50 rs..

@ 6.5% per annum interest and some processing fee, if the issue does not list at Rs 600 its a loss to the HNI''''s..

Moreover this 250 x subscription is all leveraged.......NBFC''''s are giving 100 times leverage on the IPO''''s,.

If you put Rs 1 crore, you can apply for Rs 100 crores !!

till what time this will keep on increasing , there must be some time limit. Poor retailers are stopped at 3 pm or 2 pm only by banks :( . This is unfair.
