During IPO allotment day, if IT department visits chittogarh page, they can catch tax evaders who applies in multiple PAN accounts. Then another round of PAN deactivation will start.. :-)

Finally after a long time got 1 allotted out of 2 application....got message from NSDL.....after a patient wait of around 1 year maybe I have got an allottment....last IPO which I succesffuly got was ujjivan,equitas and in between bad ipo of quick heal....
