I have come to know while talking to a friend who is a merchant banker that heavy withdrawal of applications is being done by QIBs and HNIs on the notice issued to Coal India on wrong information in prospectus.

WE SHOULD TAKE THIS AS OPPORTUNITY TO SAVE A PART OF OUR MONEY IF NOT ALL AS NOW THERE ARE CHANCES THAT POST-WITHDRAWAL PROCEDUURE, GMP OF COAL INDIA IS BOUND TO COME DOWN SIGNFICANTLY RESULTING IN HIGH CHANCE OF THIS ISSUE LISTING AT DISCOUNT.

IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT DUE TO THIS WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE, RETAILERS WILL BE ALLOTED MORE SHARES AND THEY COULD FIND THEM STUCK WITH THIS STOCK FOR INDEFINITE LONG-TERM IF NOT SOLD ON THE LISTING DAY (IF OPENED AT PREMIUM). REMEMBER!! NHPC, SJVL, NMDC.

NHPC TOO HAD A UNPRECENDENTED AND WHOPPING FIGUERS OF SUBSCRIPTION AND EVERYBODY GOT HUGE ALLOTMENT AND EXPECTED GAINS OF 20 TO 25%. AS THE SUPPLY WAS HUGE AND HNIs AND QIBs TURNED SELLES, THE PREMIUM GOT SCRAPED.

IT IS A COMMON SENSE THAT NO MATTER HOW LARGE IS THE SUBSCRIPTION, WHEN EVERYONE INCLUDING (HNIs and QIBs) WILL BECOME SELLERS ON LISTING DAY, HOW CAN WE HAVE A PREMIUM???

Considering the above facts, I am withdrawing 50% of my applications and will plan further on listing. Whether Coal India lists at discount or at premium, I will will deploy rest of the 50% money only after listing. This will ensure me to have peaceful and safe Diwali days.

Today last date for withdrawal. Golden opportunity. Please protect your hard money and withdraw immediately. Most of the FIIs and HNIs have already withdrawn. Definitely price will be below par on listing. Act before it is too late to retrieve your money.

Do not sell below rs 350/ and it may be doubled if market sentiments are positive on day of listing.Otherwise also share worth be in your portfolio.

For all ICICI DIRECT users to cancel their application follow the steps below..

1. Login to ICICI direct website using ur user id and password.
2. Click on the IPO tab appearing.
3. Then click on the Order Book.
4. Then click on the Transaction ID.
5. There one can see Print button and Revision button. Click on Revision Button.
6. There one can see quantity applied. Change it to ur requirement which will be 0.
7. Click submit. Finished...!!!
