CIL will open in marginal gain or it may open even lower. The issue size is BIIIIIIGGEST and the market does not show that it has lost handsome ammount of money to CIL IPO. So there may be two scenario:
1: Investor will gain from CIL IPO and lose in their current holdings.
2: Investors will be fooled by CIL IPO and have gains in their current holdings. SO NOTHING WILL BE DIFFERENT

By fixing the higher price band whether this high level empowered committee meeting is needed. This work they can sit in their home and announce. Simply looting the public is the main aim of our Government. Atleast keeping in mind by the earlier IPO's which was more looted by the retailers, the committee may show some consideration while fixing the price.
