I don't know why people are comparing CIL with RPower? Some things that are diff in these issues are
CIL RPower
Already Operational during IPO Not Operational during IPO
Largest Company --
Govt Owned Pvt Company
& the biggest difference is that we all know that Govt never tries to indulge in any kind of illegal means whereas the other does.
If RPower was truly that valuable then what was the need to declare the bonus. Whereas in case of Govt issues it has never done such things what ever the outcome is (Profit or Loss)

how much of portion was unsubscribed by Retail Investors as on 25th Oct (with the option given by SEBI for wron financial figure)?
