@368 - Agree to you. Chances of firm allotment is really high. Retailers should be careful about it.

@367 - Seems limit will not be increased to 2 lac before coal India. If it happens, it will not be permanent rather temporary basis. Something if issue is big then upper limit can be increased to 2 lacs...
