Dear experienced and respected members,

I have some doubt, for which I am finding reply since last 2-3 years, but failed.
Recently I came across this great site www.chittorgarh.com
So, coming to the points,
I have demat account . And some spare money to invest.

I sees many time that premium is offered on certain IPO, for ex. 20 rs. premium on IPO of Rs.200/- .Below are my query

1. What is the procedure of getting this grey market premium.
2. Who pays us this grey market premium.
3. Is this legal or not.
4. If I apply for Rs.1,00,000 and if I dont get single share, then do they pay us premium or not or any interest or anything like that.
5. If I got share of say Rs.65,000 through allotment, then I have to transfer the share to other party demat account, or I have to sell it in my account, and difference has to be adjusted.

I have tried my best to explain my doubts, but If i am still unclear, then please inform.

I request experience people please answer and provide your feedback.

The Registrars of this company are also Registrars of Eros International and Career Point Information System.Till date they have not refunded IPO money of the said companies.They have cleverly prepared cheques of old dates and are despatching at their own will.They have not refunded the money through ECS to take advantage from the Bankers.The Bankers have paid heavy commission to them individually.Similar will be the case of this Coal India IPO.So be careful before applying to this issue.There is no statutory body to ask them for this delay.
