London's FTSE has included Coal India in its FTSE All-World Index and FTSE All-Emerging Index from November 5. FTSE had said on October 25 that in the All World Index, Coal India will be added to the Large Cap index.

I have been holding TCS,ICICI Bank,BOB,Union Bank,ONGC,GAIL,OIL since their IPO/FPO in 2004-05 onwards .They have given me huge returns.

Coal India I find to be similarly attractive to hold on for following reasons
1) Attractively valued even at Rs 300 as EPS for March12 will be around 20-21 rs
2) Huge Moat
3) Being publicly listed n under analysis of thousands of investors n analysts will automatically lead to big improvements
4) Cash equivalent of Rs 64 present with company
5) Price increase very much possible as current price are 57% below world prices
6) No cooked up numbers being a reputed PSU.
7) Competent Minister n CMD at helm
8) Can take over overseas mine to mix with indigenous coal n due to huge cash present in balancesheet
9) World's Largest coal company size wise,demand wise ,reserve wise
10)All in all an ideal stock which will create huge value if investor remain INACTIVE in it.

Vivek, you cannot put in two different applications.. that is why your bids have been rejected

Did u apply from both a/c? Is that 2 a/c belongs to same client
then your from will be rejected. For one pan no only one application form allowed, irrespective of demat a/c

me using angel broking for trading..i got allotted my shares for coal india ltd but didnt list in my trading account..???

I had applied for 400 shares but did not get any share allocated. Money is refunded. I applied from ICICI direct & HDFC Sec. None of the demat account got allocation. Does any one know what could be the reason?

hi friends Best of luck 2 all of u... b4 it list i just want 2 say dont give up ur shares very easily to FII & MF very easily...bcoz they will buy more & more from market as its Stock which every BIG FII & every Mutual fund,insurance company would like have in there portfolio...If u dont need money then i will ask u also to keep at least some Shares for little long term (1-2 Years) u might get more then 2morow....ok bye & 1 more time very BeSt Of LuCk 2 all

I have no idea what to do, I can hold for long term or for few days, if its trading above 300 then I will think of keeping for few more days and if it is increasing I will keep for long term.

I also have 398 shares. But I kept it for long term. Let my kid enjoy the benefit. But now I am tempted to go for day trading with fresh buying tomorrow morning. Lets see. Are you going to book profits tomorrrow?
