Wait and Apply the coal india ipo on final day based on the investment sentiment. Don't rush to fix in for more lots and decide based on the data on 21st. This shouldn't end up like Reliance Power which was one of the biggest ipo previous to coal india. For Long term investors(>3 years) can apply and if you have a plan of investing more on this stock, play it safe with making little investment after ipo is listed.
