what is the technical errror in Coal India IPO and what is impact of this? can anyone explain this?

जानकारों का मानना है कि कोल इंडिया की जबरदस्त लिस्टिंग होगी। लिस्टिंग पर कोल इंडिया से 20 फीसदी तक का मुनाफा कमाया जा सकता है।


कोल इंडिया का आईपीओ आज बंद होगा। कोल इंडिया का इश्यू 14 गुना सब्स्क्राइब हुआ है। संस्थागत निवेशकों के लिए कल ही आखिरी दिन था और उन्होंने अपने कोटे के लिए 23 गुना ज्यादा अर्जी लगा दी है। इश्यू का प्राइस बैंड 225-245 रुपये रखा गया था।


जानकारों का मानना है कि जिस तरह संस्थागत निवेशकों का हिस्सा भरा है, उसे देखकर लगता है कि विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक लिस्टिंग के बाद भी कोल इंडिया के शेयर खरीदेंगे।


मोतीलाल ओसवाल के रामदेव अग्रवाल के मुताबिक लिस्ट होने पर कोल इंडिया के शेयर 300 रुपये तक जा सकते हैं। ऐसे में, कोल इंडिया के शेयर पर 5-15 फीसदी का मुनाफा कमाया जा सकता है।


एंजेल ब्रोकिंग के परेश जैन के मुताबिक कोल इंडिया के इश्यू के लिए निवेशकों की दिलचस्पी की वजह कंपनी के मजबूत फंडामेंटल हैं।

IF DUE TO TYPOGRAPHICAL MISTAKE THERE IS NO CHANGE IN NET PROFITS OF THE COMPANY THEN THERE IS NOTHING TO BE WORRIED.FURTHER WE MUST UNDERSTAND BEFORE RELEASING FINAL PROFIT FIGURES A GROUP OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS MUST HAVE VERY THOROUGHLY EXAMINED THE PROFIT AND LOSS A/C. AS SUCH PLEASE DO NOT PANIC AND DO NOT WITHDRAW THE APPLICATIONS . IF THE PROFITS ARE SAME THEN EVERY THING IS O.K. IT IS ALSO SURPRISING TO NOTE FROM WHERE THE COMPLAINENET TO SEBI GOT THE FIGURES WHY HE DIDNOT INFORM SEBI OR LEAD MANAGGERS BEFORE ISSUE OPENED. DRHP WAS AVAILABLE EARLIER. DEAR FELLOW INVESTORS DO NOT FALL TRAP TO THIS PLOY AND GO INTO DETAILS OF PROFITY AND LOSS A/C. AND NET PROFITS AFTER THE COMPUTAION OF P/L A/C. WHERE THERE IS NO CHANGE. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO TRAP OF VESTED INTERESTS AND LOOSE PROFITS.

nothing happen...it's just printing mistake on Balance Sheet....very common mistake..but as per norms of SEBI....they must be give withdraw option formality to their investors....cheeers...

How many shares we will get on a full application ???? Profit calculate karna hein ....
