Employee quota subs 10%, 35% shares of remaining 90%(employee quota) will be add in retail quota. So retail quota subscribed 2.1 times in stead of 2.31

Who will get the allotment of the 0.9 % or 56847279 Shares of the Employee Reservation quota, which has not applied for due to only 0.1% subscription in Employee reservation quota.

The first preference on this shares would be Retail Investors, NII or QIB ??
Very curious to get answer on this.

2nd Question to friends: Can QIB, NII buys as and when the IPO is listed on 4th Nov. from Open market. or they require some permission to buy from the open market.

Expecting good knowledge sharing on above queries..

Dear Advisors,

Whoever wants to withdraw, strongly advice them to withdraw.
Let them sleep well at home in the night.
Otherwise they will be restless and ask till 25th whether they need to withdraw.

These are the lambs who do not have a clue as to what is happening.

To apply they need somebody's advice.
To withdraw they again need to consult somebody.

They have come to IPO investing to make a quick buck with zero home work and no intellect.

They may be having bank balance but the balance in their upper storey is zero.

Advice all to withdraw without waiting any more.
Tell them if they don't withdraw their entire application money is gone.Keep advicing them that Coal India is a C H O R company etc.

Let's enjoy a few more shares allotted to us because of such dar pok withdrawals.

HELLO 2187 ANONYMOUS

Since when has market started asking HNIs as to what is their total cost and then decide to quote higher than that so that all HNIs can go home happily with a profit.
Absolue rubbish.
All such idiotic assumptions don't work.
It is not a one way street to glory and profit.

It would be better to use your tiny brain on some basic research than calculating cost to HNIs.
ha ha ah ah

How can we withdraw application? I heard SEBI has given approval for withdrawal due to clerical error.

There is no "critical" goof; however, there are two silly (and minor) clerical errors (two figures got inter-changed), which in MANNER WHATSOEVER made any difference in the nett figures of disclosed income.
An "Errata" clarification of this typo error would have been adequate. The entire exercise of the NOTICE has created avoidable confusion and is deplorable. There is absolutely no reason to panic; unfortunately, a lot of time will be wasted in finalization of the issue. Please stay calm and DO NOT act in a manner which may cause you to regret later on. Stay with the issue; heavens have not fallen.

As HNI oversubsription is about 25 times. For their borrowed money the cost per share would be around 290 Rs. So for HNI to break even they have to get 290 / Share as min. So my sense is the share will list and consolidate around 300 Rs.

I observed that most of the participants here are posting their opinion and information in a very decent and gentle way. I don't understand why most of people are posting as "Anonymous".
This makes difficult for the reader when somebody claims like "I already said earlier" Or for instance, somebody can extend somebody else's opinion as his/her.

NO NEED TO WITHDRAW...ONLY TYPO ERROR UNDER 2 INCOME HEADS....THEY WERE INTERCHANGED...NO IMPACT ON BALANCE SHEET, PROFIT STATEMENT...NOTHING AT ALL...STAY INVESTED AND TRUST YOUR OWN DECISION.
ALL THE BEST...

IN CASE THE ISSUE PRIZE IS 235 (CONSIDERING LOWER SUBSCRIPTION AT CUT-OFF THAN THE AVAILABLE SHARES) AND WHEN WE ADD A DISCOUNT OF 5% TO RETAILERS I.E., 12 RS. AND IN CASE A CONSERVATIVE LISTING IS ASSUMED AT 260, THE NET EXPECTED GAIN FOR A RETAIL INVESTOR PER SHARE SHOULD BE 35-40 RS. SO FOR FULL APPLICATION GETTING AGAIN 200 SHARES ATLEAST CAN EXPECT TO GAIN AROUND 7000 MINIMUM.

ISSUE PRICE SHOULD BE LOWER THAN THE HIGHER PRICE BAND...TOTAL SHARES FOR SUBSCRIPTION = 63 CRORES, APPLIED AT CUT-OFF = 39 CRORES.
