Instead of doing like this, you may buy a good number of unlisted stocks, which are likely to bring out IPO in near future. There you can apply under Shareholders''s quota. You can employ your full capacity. You will get leaps.
Example: Fino PAYTECH, TMB, UTKARSH, HDB, REL.RETAL, STUDDS, LAVA and so on
Think it over and decide.

Is this worth the effort? Applying 200 lots for 1 lot allotment. 7500 profit on each ipo if listed with 50% gain.

Can u please tell me what made u think that it''s fake numbers.. i really wanted to knw.. do u think people getting single lot in hni by holding 5 to 7 lakh in ipo.. dont u see those figure hni crossing 150 times already in both ipos.. do u knw how much these amount in combine.. where its comes from.. there are thousands of others like me. its not about any type of nasha. These things can b done only when u hve free fund to utilise.. i already had enough money in business. Hve these funds in kotak bank where they give 4 % interest. N i do these stuff n made handsome amount of money too.. there r bulk of ipo raining in this bull market.. i can easily made 30 to 40 k. Per month by just filling an ASBA app. Hope things r cleared now..

Me too agree with Dowg. No meaning in giving 48L for a meagre 7k

@noorul: i think no need to explain to everyone, people will keep commenting such things when they are not aware...they will keep saying why blocking so much money for such small profit etc etc but why cant they understand they if funds are available with someone in bank account then why not to take even 7-8k profit which is for sure and there is no guarantee in secondary market.....and even in hni application, interest also keeps earning on the blocked amount in ASBA....

I used to think same, some years back, that its not worth it. But thats incorrect.
If you have unused capital, we can make use by applying and can get 7000 risk free. Small but atleast its some gain. Not like other retailers who get 0 gain.
@Deepakkkumar - atleast he is gain 7000, how much you are gaining? 0 rupees.
Also its for all HNIs. I mean if some big institution apply for 10crores worth rupees share, they will get only may 5-10lac worth rupees shares which is far less. But still they do right?

Its because, even though small, Profit is Profit.

Just 7K and again the needless hassle of responding to Income Tax notices ( Read: The list of transactions mandatorily reported to IT). Is that even worth it?

Dear All, Please don''t get offended. I was just curious. Now few HNIs have responded, the information is very useful. During Initial days, in intraday, Even if I earned 60 rupee after tax, that used to make me very happy. 7000 is still a big amount. We learn and gain from each others experience.

Applied for 693 lots..SBI didnt permit to apply fore mire than 1cr.

Dear Noorul You have already explained a lot and I hope things will be understood by some when who wants to.
My frustation is on ICICIDirect. I wanted to apply for 450 lots in Clean and tried at 2:45- 2:50 pm and portal did not accept by bid and a message appeared that this issue is already closed. I than tried other one same message appeared. So after so much of research I could not apply in NII. Cannot figure out who to blame? :)

@ avenue. I suggest u to alwys made ur bid before 1 hour of cut off time. As cut off time in kotak was 2 pm. But i put my bid at 1.10 pm. Dont want to b in any huster n buster.. things can b messy sometimes.. n the fact is that kotak cut off time is soo early in compare to other banks.. i was in big delimah at 1. N finally go for 320 for clean and 200 for grill.. u hve advantage of extra one hour.

Interesting conversation, one more way to make money if you have huge amount is ultra short term NCDs. Buy about to expire NCDs like in a month. Eg Shriram transport giving 1% and Edelweiss giving 2% per month.so for 50 lakh you get 1 lakh in a month. Ofcourse you have to do hard work of finding right one :) . Mutual funds do have capacity but they take big cuts.

Agar sure shot 7/8k (minimum) profit mil raha hain to 15 din k liye 70/80L fasane me kya jata hain, uparse self capital (no interest). Jinke pass hain woh definitely itna to invest karega hi.

Rs.1cr 4 lac 40000 can now be utilised for Zomato issue

@Khus.. I can apply with the same amount for Zomato even after applying for CST as funds will get unblocked on 14th or 15th itself. I''m not that excited to apply big for Zomato though

@khus: that amount could still be utilised in Zomato even after if applied in cst after adjusting allotted shares amount, since cst amount will be unblocked by Zomato issue last day

@ sdz actually sometimes sites crash becaz of excess of load that usually happens on last day in last hours.. dats why one should done his job before the last bell ring.. dont b harsh many more ipos to come with more opportunities..
