Both listed peers tree house & MT educare are quoting near 52week lows.

So it doesnt means that CL is same like them.

i have applied 2 app of cl educate throuth union bank online. now i want to withdrawl my application. when i trying to withdrawl app the message shown "Modification not allowed as bid/s order number not uploaded by exchange." how i withdrawl app. pl guide me

you can do one thing if you are not able to modify your order.
keep your account balance below 14,000. so your application will automatically get rejected

Give one more application with same PAN. It will get rejected.

Some finer points about CL Educate IPO. Out of Company''s pre issue Equity of 11.98 cr. Bonus constitute 6.95 cr 58% of the Equity. Bonus issued in 25/08/2000 - 17:2, 13/09/2004 6:1 and 22/02/2007 1:2. Also during the period 05/09/2004 to 07/09/2015 the Company has issued 1831632 shares @590/- amounting to 1.83 cr.. Can we apply for IPO using SBI saving bank account netbanking (onlinesbi.com)? If so, then where the shares are allocated because the site does not ask for Demat account detail.
Does it mean that we can apply for IPO using sbi saving bank online, without having Dmat account?
Request, to please advise.

u will need to register ur details of ur demat in manage ipo applicant in profile section of sbi online. then only u can apply with this and ur shares will be alloted to ur demat account.

Two steps needed for new applicant in SBI IPO.

1. Register the Applicat (with demat details).

Profile >> Manage IPO Applicant >> IPO Applicant Details

2. e-services>> Demat & ASBA services >> IPO (Equity) >> Apply IPO >> Accept >> Select company >> Accept >> Select Category >> Select Registered Applicant

At this stage also, you can see "If you have not added any applicant,please click here to add a new applicant "

Register the Applicant (if not done first step) then again continue step.2
