Is it for not getting allotment Or not getting status on time. Allotment is not transparent. Regarding getting status, they just say BOA finalization date. Our system has no transparency and all (Regulator, Exchange) are aware about this.

Totally agree, also why SEBI is allowing these third party shady registrars is beyond my understanding, their allotment process is suspicious and always delays in allotment/unblocking funds.

Is it so difficult for exchanges like BSE, NSE to own the process rather than depending on these third parties?

I am dealing with Linkintime since 2015 including Dematerilization of my father's physical shares. One thing I am sure, they cannot let go huge some money by giving fair allotment, and i maybe settlement with fraudsters is taking time therefore they are always late and i think they allot to their specific retail and HNi application because 1 application will give 60k profit. Does anyone know where we should complain?

1) In Anlon allotment case, I asked for full BoA as my 54 lots category (64,800 shares) under NII is not appearing in the Sample BoA supplied to Chittorgarh portal. There are four applications from my family alone for the said category size.
2) The Linkintime neither gave full BoA nor details for our 54 lots size. Regarding supply of full BoA claimed by me consistently, they now say against my second email letter that full version of Basis Of Allotment is a confidential document and cannot be shared publicly. I am now waiting for reply, for my third email letter, from the said RTA. My next step is to lodge complaint with SEBI in SCORES.
3) We should demand that the designated Stock Exchange should first publish the full BoA in their portal as soon as it is approved by them (Step-1). Then the RTA should upload the status of Allotment in their portal (Step-2) followed by debit/unlock instructions to Banks/UPI (Step-3). This should be completed on the third working day within the Business hours, in chronological orders, without jumping the steps. Then only transparent process can be ensured without any undue adjustment in allotments. Otherwise, misappropriation is bound to happen as most of the IPOs are ending with lottery and if allotted ending with bountiful profits.

My second email letter to the Linkintime
1) Kindly refer to my email and your reply email on the captioned subject.
2) I have asked for soft copy containing Full data of the Basis of Allotment for Anlon SME IPO whereas you have supplied me the Ratio of Retail and HNI. The insufficient and inappropriate details furnished by you and my remarks against each at para nos.3 & 4 below may kindly be seen.
3) Retail Ratio (1:439) : No use for me as I have applied under NII category
4) HNI Ratio (12:5277) : No use for me as this ratio is not applicable for my applied lot size (54 (lots – 64,800 shares).
5) In my family there are four applicants including me at 54 lot size (i.e. 64,800 shares each) and the probability of getting one lot allotment for me would be around 9.09% (i.e. 1: 11) and 36.36% for any one of my family members, if the number of applicants (i.e. 11) shown at categories of 52800 and 54000 shares in your sample BoA furnished to Chittorgarh portal is taken as for the category of 64800 shares also on hypothetical basis as my category size of 64800 shares is not finding place in the said sample BoA.
6) I am a professional IPO Investor under NII category, and I like to see my position with regard to my category size and to compare with other category size so as to improve my strategy in future IPOs for which full data of the Basis of Allotment is required for me.
7) Hence, I request you to supply me a soft copy of the full data of the Basis of Allotment for Anlon SME IPO without any further delay.

Dear Investor,

This is with reference to your email on Basis of Allotment.

We wish to inform that in any IPO, we do have many sub categories depending on the number of lots applied for. Allotment working is done on the basis of number of applications received under each lot in proportion to the number of shares available for allotment in the respective sub-category. If the numbers of applications are more, as in a typical over-subscribed issue, then the successful applicants are arrived at my drawing lots.

Also note that Basis of Allotment is a transparent process done by the Company in consultation with the designated stock exchange & Lead Manager to the issue. A copy of the BOA, published by the company is attached herewith for your perusal.

Please note that the full version of Basis Of Allotment is a confidential document and cannot be shared publicly.
