@JAI JAI GARVI GUJRAT
BRO PRACTICALLY WHILE ANALYSING GREY ACTIVITY AND ALLOTTED PE 7.22 IT IS PRESUMED THAT COMPANY HAVING GOOD FUNDAMENTALS WITH A CAPACITY TO DOUBLE PROFIT EVERY YEAR .
Anybody can tell me how the HNI allotment work in SME IPO i have know somebody who applied 27000 share and 60000 share and 33000 share they got allotment but i applied 96000 share i got no allotment how. I asked Linkintime they told me is there is classification in HNI category like mainboard IPO they answer me this Please note that there is no sub-classification in HNI Category under SME IPO Allotment shall be made on a proportionate basis. then how they got allotment with less no of share applied and i got no allotment i have proof and there pancard no please help Team Chittorgarh
You had applied for 32 lots. So 8 applications needed (min 4 for 0.5) for it to come in lottery. There can be following circumstances:- 1. The number of applications were less than 4 so no lottery. 2. If the number of applications received were from 4 to 11 applications, only one could got through lottery. So you might have missed there. 3. If the number of applications received were from 12 to 19, then two would have got out of those through lottery. So you might have missed there. And so on........
so ultimately its is lottery but link in time said there is no sub classification in HNI category in SME IPO why this please clarify the proportionate basis as per my knowledge who applied higher no of share get allotment first
There is no sub classification in SME like mainboard (shni or bhni). If some one had applied for 255 lots, then one lot is for sure. If someone had applied for 510 lots then two lots are guaranteed. Anyone who had applied from 128 lots to 254 lots, and if he is single then one lot is guaranteed but if there happens to be more than one application then lottery.
maybe you should go with standard lot size like 10-20-30-40 rather than going with odd number like 32, standard lot size will most probably be lottery, but you have a fair chance of getting allotment. My HNI app was for 30 lots and i got the standard one lot allotment.......just my thoughts.
1) HNI investors always get guaranteed allotment. 2) The no of shares allotted is proportionate to the money invested. It means, an investment of more money leads to the allotment of more shares.
Hence these are the two big reasons for the unprecedented and crazy OVER subscriptions these days that we are witnessing, which is depriving the chances of allotment to all other HNI investors.
However, both of the above assumptions are wrong, and quite often, HNI investors get disappointed when they do not get even a single share allotted, despite dumping money crazily, running in several Crores.

@SMEIPO If you are so bullish about this IPO, you should not have suggested everyone to choose Ducol over this. I know now you would say that you told that for people having limited funds but it still doesn't make sense.
With limited fund and chance of allotment, DUCOL could give better RTN but my calculation changed after UMA CONVERTER's bad listing.
View change hota hai....nothing wrong in it. Last subscription figure is important but you should see company's performance / PE ratio and IPO size too.

@smeipoking: so you applied for around 20 crore approx in single application? you will sell or hold this allotment, whats your plan? (if u r sure and won't change)
@lokes Your question is not answered by @SMEIPOKING. 20cr around in one application. Total issue size was 24.21cr and NII quota was 50%. I am always confused and don't remember whether application can be made for full ipo size or NII quota of 50%. One thing I assume that he should be the luckiest person of this forum. May not have applied for the Value of 20cr one application but many applications of different lots and got maximum allotments. We have no right to ask him to give any clue how he got such a good allotment. @Aman Ipo Good joke.

@pkraj: Regarding your application size doubt, you can check below link, you will get your answer. I have mentioned this multiple times in last some months and then saved one of the post link with me so that i can paste when needed: https://www.chittorgarh.com/ipo/ipo_discussions.asp?a=1359&c=571654&ap=0
And its not his different applications, its single application only for around 20 crore, as per he mentioned below single allotment in his other post. Even if he didn't replied, i know this (if he is true about allotment).
@SMEIPOKING, I am a retail investor in SMEIPO and curious to know if you keep 20cr in your bank account for just IPOs? If so, then isn’t it better to invest somewhere to generate higher returns? Just wondering how you manage this and your thought process?
@ Jatin Bansal It is very difficult to manage when we have limited funds. How to make best use of available funds? But when people have lot of funds, it's little/more easy to manage the funds. They have far better knowledge than common investors having limited funds. They can manage more funds in addition to their own funds. Let's hope to have more funds. My views, as I have limited funds.
Although I made 4 HNI applicatios of 110+ lots but with different lot size in each application which has resulted in 0 allotment for me. Very disheartening. Will take care to apply same lot size in all accounts in future...

@rohan bajaj: seems you have applied here already before your discussions of anlon allotment else you might have take care and not repeated similar mistake. Anyways now good luck to you for future, you will surely be allotted in future high subscription ipos.....
My Kotak application showing pending for Debit, and email from linkinnottime tells no allotment. Seems they have started to play with investor's sentiments as well! Never seen such dubious message in KOTAK. Did this happen with anyone else also?
Seems case of fraud/manual settlement and that is why all system message are not same. Expecting bumper listing that is why they are playing game. Hard luck in SMS, none since Silicon Rental.
