I got 1 lot, got mail ans msg regarding share trnasaction in my zerodha demat account but i am not able to see the shares in my holding, till now?
is there any prob or it sholud be visible at monday moring?
its my 1st SME ipo allotment.

@anupam you will see the shares in portfolio (listed shares)tomorrow morning. Now you can check your holdings.

Are boss, shubh shubh bolo dada, after listing no problem in UC, plz let listing happen below 70/- ,( i want to buy a lot and my budget not allows me to go beyond 70-72)

Yes..There's no harm and raising doubt and getting the process verified. A small trick can influence the process heavily. I feel, everyone, who feels that there should be more transparency, should make a formal complaint.

Registrar will have thousands of answers to our single querry.
Live streaming of process is the only remedy

CHAMAN BOA is not a complete BOA. You should email registrar perhaps he will send you .. but one of my friend already asked the registrar for complete BOA and he refused.

Even I had dropped an email, but they just gave me a general ratio. There is something fishy about allotment process. I guess we should file complain with SEBI and stock exchange in this regard

This is with reference to your email on Basis of Allotment.
We wish to inform that in any IPO, we do have many sub categories depending on the number of lots applied for. Allotment working is done on the basis of number of applications received under each lot in proportion to the number of shares available for allotment in the respective sub-category. If the numbers of applications are more, as in a typical over-subscribed issue, then the successful applicants are arrived at my drawing lots.
Also note that Basis of Allotment is a transparent process done by the Company in consultation with the designated stock exchange & Lead Manager to the issue. A copy of the BOA, published by the company is attached herewith for your perusal.

I have now issued 4th and Final Reminder to the RTA requesting them to furnish at least the line details for my applied category size of 64,800 shares under NII which missing in the Sample BoA of Anlon supplied to me.

My next step will be lodging complaint with SEBI on SCORES.

85 can't say.. but double listing easily possible... And looking at current SME euphoria.. anything is possible.. as we already witnessed this in Anlon.
Floats is limited only 2k around lots.
Ones the initial sellers goes off it will fly.

There is no logic on listing of NSE SME... Many of them get listed at much much more than any forward looking value too cos of the euphoria.

In my opinion, Issue price + GMP should be the yardstick to buy in preopen... Maybe 5% more... Thats it... FOMO has no limits... Especially in such a time where SME allotments are akin to easy money.

Hem comes with these types of businesses so there is nothing new what you wrote.
If there are pros in any IPO then there is some cons too:
1: They mostly sell their goods in the states of Maharashtra, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh. Some of their customers include Rajesh Steel & Wire Industries (New), R.K. Steel Sales, SMW Ispat Pvt. Ltd, Gajkesari Steels & Alloys Pvt. Ltd etc., their reach is limited to few states only.
2: They make Sponge Iron. Sponge iron is used in the iron and steel industry as a substitute for scrap in induction and electrical arc furnaces. It means the company is dependent on Steel and Iron industry.
3: In the last 3 years, the company is not able to generate enough cash from operations. Total Cash generated in the last 3 years as follows.
1. 2020 = – 6 Cr
2. 2021 = 8 Cr
3. 2022 = -6 Cr
So, overall, cash generated from operation is -4 Crores.

Listing could be anything as it's nse sme.

I am already allotted one lot and will buy if listing marginally below issue price + GMP, to be safe.
