Chalet Hotels IPO
It seems more like a REIT as they don't own brands ... Debt level is very high (4:1 is current Debt to Equity) ... it will reduce to approx 1:1 after this issue ... earnings are extremely volatile ... not a preferred sector as requires high capex

Looking at this IPO. Better don't jump heavily Put 2 or 3 applications just to try luck On Valuations front it's Completely a LOL company. Hence Don't be much aggressive. Premium is yet to start. Big IPO. Unsound Promoters.
Hi anybody suggest us about Amber share price going down continues. I am holding 1 lot from listing day onwards(30 january 2018 is listing day). Please advise on this.
Stay away from this IPO. Market conditions are not favorable. Hospitality industry is not investor friendly like aviation. Market is in volatile until general elections 2019. After election result it will go with some direction. It is advisable to be cautious before elections.

Don't know, but how this promoters dare to come up with such high price in such a bad market. Even lead managers not to dare to inform such companies that they can't sail in such weather.. Or just even lead managers wants to grab BAKARA in such market who is ready to pay them, doesn't matter how the IPO performs.
Loss making company in this bearish market when good profit making A group companies are priced at their 52 week low e.g. tata steel. This ipo will not receive applications from retailers unless offered at par without premium
