May be better to keep a watch on it post getting listed and buy later especially if it opens flat to negative or say after a quarter post the first results, subscription nos look disappointing. I'm sure there are many HNI's which would have more wisdom and insights to take a call..2X-3X seems too low in SME IPO..

@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com  Instead of adding this note for hni subscriptions: "Market Maker portion is included to NII/HNI. "
its better that you exclude market maker portion from subscription in all ipos so that it will give real subscription figures. Hni subscription figures are important to all of us and it is giving wrong indication with such subscription figures. Being an major website in this field, we expect that subscription figures shown are correct as per original HNI portion excluding market maker portion, because obviously allotment will be done according to that only not as per shown here. So whatever is given in BOA is the proper one and that is needed here.
In all recent good ipo's , wrong hni subscription figure was indicated here due to this issue. Please take this on priority and fix this soon.

@svh : its very easy to implement this, initially i was mentioning that in my post but didn't because i know admin knows this very well. While calculating subscriptions we simply need to consider hni portion shares only for dividing from total no. of share bid in hni section in bse/nse section.....
some other sites already displaying proper data.....
I am sure @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com  will also implement this soon as its not a big change for them but its very useful for all of us as in BOA, that subscription will only be considered for HNI.

I think admin can enter the data received from exchange into their PC which should be already pre-programmed and check numbers excluding MM. This can be helpful. Let's wait for admin's reply for further clarification.

Promoters have done their job. Even the retailers quota is going to subscribe 2x shortly. Issue had already sail through with the help of HNIs.
Listing very difficult to predict. Avoid for me.

@PKRAJ sir, actually quite surprised with low GMP and poor subscription numbers. Company seems good with decent valuations, promoters (esp. Gautam Makkar) also with long history of working in this sector in India and abroad. May be it will be a dark horse..

Any pointers from anyone will be helpful.
