i am facing the same problem. no reply to mail. contacted over phone every time the phone is busy. at last i succeeded in geeting line they told that refund has been posted on 11.08.07. but not reached me till to-day. so what to do. sub chor hai.any comments.....

Did not get CBI refund. I have tried all the numbers i.e. 022-25960320-28 but everytime I get the message that number is busy. Any body have idea why there is so delay in getting cheque when some of friends have received it last week.

I have still not got the refund. Tried calling the numbers mentioned on site, but they are all busy all the time. E-mailed them at cbiipo@intimespectrum.com but mailed returned with the message 'disk quota is full'. They have other mailId ipo.helpdesk@intimespectrum.com, but no response as of now.

Can anybody advice what can be done?

till now i have not received my refund too...i have logged a complain in sebi site against intime spectrum.

i request all those ppl go to this site and complain against intime spectrum,now we need to take some serious action to get back our refund.

I have not go the refund yet and instaed of using ECS these people - Intime Spectrum - are cheating people!

Can someone tell me where to complain or what to do??

The status says 'Cheque desptached' but I am sure they are cheating because I applied via ICICI Direct and they could have easily refunded by ECS

Refund through post.... This Intime Spectrum people have no professional ethics. Out station investors need to pay commission to encash it. Why can't just they use ECS. Be careful with this registrar. Please everybody complain this to SEBI.

I also have not got refund. I got post office receipt saying there is courier from Bhandup P.O. I work in pune, so could not collect this as nobody at home.

Is there anyway to complain? Why these ppl haven't refunded thro' ecs when they got funds thro ecs?

are you sure your friend got the refund through ECS, I heard the central bank refund is through cheque only. Even I haven't received the refund yet. The people in intime specrum are yuk, they wont respond properly either. I dont know what to do.
