I got my refund by ECS to my icici bank account
over the weekend ...

Earlier my refund cheque went back .. and then
I emailed intime people with all the details and asked them
to send me refund by ECS .. and they did...

Finally some relief ...

It looks like Intime Spectrum- ICICIDirect - Central Bank of India combine is determined to cheat the investing public.

I am yet to get my refund of over Rs.50,000 and I am sure this is a deliberate fraud.

no of share applied 180,amount rs.18360. allotment nil.
i have e.mail to intime spectrum but no reply.kindly let me know what to do to get the refund

those who have not received their refund yet, should also do that. Only SEBI can save us. Dont let these robbers like IntimeSpectrum enjoy your hard-earned money for free.

yesterday i got my refund through by ECS.
Hope others also get it soon.

Comfirmed news from insiders is that they have lost huge amount of money in IFCI trading in latest crashes in market. Few of u are surely going to loose money. You can see the amount of trading in IFCI in last one week, al courtesy intime.............

I got my refund credited through ECS after flooding e-amils to Central Bank of India I had also lodged the complaint on SEBI website.

Those who did not get their refund, please send an e-mail to investors@centralbank.co.in giving your application number and your bank account details.

HOW TO HET YOUR REFUND FROM INTIME

Dear all,
I also applied through icici-direct for CBI. I got refund via cheque but as no one was there so it went back. And in the mean time i have to come to Australia. And intime guys were not replying to mails and even not picking the calls. So my wife visited their place in bhandup. She went there with Following things

Application number,
NSDL number,
client id,
refund number,
name of the bank and
my account number associated with demat account.
No of shares i applied,
how much i got and
what is the amount i am seeking as refund.

She went with some proof that she is my wife. After taking her pan card and my marriage certificates copy they gave the cheque. So please do this follow up to get your hard earn money.

i am also one of victims.i do not know how to get the money back,hence i am not in india now. Daily i am sending mails and getting bounced back. what kind of nonsense service they are providing in this internet world.

I am also victim of combination "icici direct & intime spectrum", i see only this combination is having problem, is it so?, any comments?. I received their allotment status letter to my office, there is no chance that, i will miss the letter, because my office security will always collect on my behalf.......i am suspecting, since market crashed from last two weeks, are they invested our money in markets for a week or two & planning to return it after?????, if they gain....finally, we may get after some more time, but what happens? if they fail?......bankrupt....we will be loosers?......i contacted ICICI, they are 100% helpless......sebi can do something for us???

This was the worst IPO i ever applied. For 1 Lac gain was only 1700 Rs. I finally got the refund on 18th Aug evening. I had always got refund by ECS in icicidirect. Looking at all the headache for paltry gains, I did not apply for motilal oswal IPO. Better to apply for IPO where gains are substantial above 4k or so. Otherwise keep the money and buy from secondary market.

Luckly my phone is picked up by and they told that they have sent my refund by speed post nd give me the speed post no. But when I checked that no at the indian post office site, there was no record for that delivery.sab CHOR hai CHOR .Intime spectrum should be banned. Ca anybody tell me what to do?

I have also logged complaint at sebi website regarding intime for refund. While logging I was surprised with field with few character limitation. So I could not input the entire address for registrar. Let us see what happens now. I would have invested these money now if I would have money. Bt helpless now..:)
