After almost 3 weeks of delay I have finally received my CBI Refund through ECS directly into my ICICI SB Account.

What you all victims should do is send daily follow up emails at the following email IDs. I have been sending emails daily and every now and then i would indicate that if i dont get a response i will log a complaint with SEBI. Though i never got any replies but i have received the refund yesterday through ECS. Hope this works for you all as well. No use calling the Intime Tel.#s.

Also keep heart and be positive. You will not loose your money.

I think we should inform cnn-ibn or other news channels to cover and show this fraud. till then neither SEBI or INTIME will do anything.

how do we inform Media.

Intime Spectrum are the worst registers I've ever come across. Its almost been 20 days since allotment was rolled out & I've not yet received my refund. Cant we do anything??? I think, registering a complaint with SEBI will not help investors.

I have applied for Central. I have to receive refund of 90000 still i haven't received. I am really worried how to get my money back.

I have already tried all the numbers including the one mentioned by you , there is only one phone which they pick up and then they ask to call to another number which is mentioned by you but that is never picked up . My DP ID no is

I got the CBI refund cheque two weeks back.
Since I am not in the country my family members submitted it to my account. But its not credited to my account until now.
If anyone of you experienced people help me I will be highly obliged.

Thanks . I checked the link you mentioned , infact I already had been on this link which shows speed post / regd post . I am surprised how long it takes in India to travel from mumbai to delhi through speed post ..

My aplication no is 64902694 . Still i have to receive my refund for cental bank of India IPO . Intime spectrum is a fraud company , they are just playing with hard earned money of the investors .

Intime Spectrum is the worst company , I have ever seen , I sugegst everyone never to invest in an IPO when registrar is Intime Spectrum . Still I have not got my refund back . Tomorrow I will lodge a compaint against them in SEBI .

Sorry, i have actually rec'd the check long back along with allotment status letter, but i thought, it is just a status letter, usually, i receive through ECS, i didnt thoy ught that, check also came along with status letter, anyways, meantime, i had contact CBI bank directly, i gave my details, he called me & gave this fax no of intime, he told me to send all details to intime spectrum, by this fax & and also, ask about issuing duplicate refund order, this is the no: 022-22820989. Anyways, we are not supposed to do all these, if they do it correctly by ECS.
