The bank was looking to raise INR8.16 billion at the higher end of the price band.

Subscriptions for the offer opened July 24 and closed July 27. After the offer, the government will retain 80.2% of the bank

Can some body explain me basis for allotment? Is it right that only highest (mximum allowable shares/amount) bidders get the allotments?

One question more??? i wanted to invest in a bank having cheap valuations and whihc looks like to have robuts growth for next 10 years ...i want to enter some small banks like DENA/UCO/CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB/DCB/YES BANK/IOB Bank.I dont want to enter in ICICI/UTI/PNB/HDFC/KOTAK as they have already run up and are quite expensive..I am planning to invest 10-12k in banking sector ...please guide which bank should i enter for 5-6 year time horizon to get atleast 600-700% returns...thanks in advance...

and DOW has crashed on friday as well.whats in store on monday.and hence on.the premium is going to come down and our 1 lac is stuck for 3 weeks and we r going to miss some good buying opportunity

Retail 16.2027 times. @cutoff 15.37. After technical scrutny, price bid @102 will come to 16 times. So, 960shares applied persons will get one lot (60) surely.

what has been the subscription of this issue in retail segment and how much will i get if i hv.applied for 540 shares at cut off.

So far cameoindia is the worst registrar i hv.overcome in last 2years ,i was unable to find in everonn,and now i am trying to find for simplex ,but all in vain.
