How does one know if shares are allotted in an IPO/offer for sale? What is the timeframe for getting refund if shares not allotted? As per SEBI guidelines, the Basis of Allotment should be completed with 15 days from the issue close date. As soon as the basis of allotment is completed, within 2 working days the details of credit to demat account /allotment advice and despatch of refund order needs to be completed. So an investor should know in about 15 days time from the closure of issue, whether shares are allotted to him or not.
CBI ipo its good its subcribes more than 16 times even its subcribe last day only more than 13 days it means still invester wants cbi shares so cbi in huge demand just wait for listing and see the rates expectation is more than 150 listing . suppose market is good its goes to near by 200 also abt allottments and listing allotment is after 8 only possibl and listing after 11 so just wait for allotment then i will let u know abt whole senario
I have come to know from close friend in Intime spectrum that those who have applied for less than 960 shares are not goin' to get any allottment. The reason for this is that retail portion is getting fully subscribed exactly with those applications who have appiled for full allottment (960 shares).
It is not possible. Where the hail did you see allotment in your account. I don't believe. let me have access to your account and I will confirm to rest of world.
HI 325.mumol there will be no clearing for outstation cheques in case of an ipo (amount does not hold good)....next time if such situation persists please make a DD instead of issuing a cheque........
