After sending them nearly 100 emails, I got a reply...a white lie saying that they had sent a cheque by speed post to my address on 11/08/07 (the same date which has been told to everyone who emails/ phones) and that if I dont receive it in the next 10 days ....I should get back to them. These guys are a total fraud and need to be reported to SEBI, NSE and the media. So no refund as yet but a ray of hope...

My App no 51460357, applied for 300 shares, nil alloted & not received refund also. What should i do.

i appied for centralbankofindia ipo.i have changed my bank a/c in the demat .i want the refund either in my new bank a/c which is linked in my demat now or i wantthe refund in the form of a draft.please reply to it asap.

Hey guys... for cbi refund check whether u have received any check at your address which ur demat a/c has. I also almost lost it as I live in another city and they sent one check to my house (rather than refund by ECS). My family kept insisting that its some kind of check and they got it credited.

still not received refund. no reply to email. even they are not bothered to reply to my registered a/d letter what to do? can any body suggest me. please

As per your the application status given by you on the internet, I have been allotted 60 shares of Central Bank of India. But I am sorry to state that neither I have received the shares in my demat account nor the balance amount of Rs.42840/- to be paid to me. Kindly advise me.

Q. What is the recourse available to the investor in case of issue complaints?

A. Most of the issue complaints pertain to non-receipt of refund or allotment, or delay in receipt of refund or allotment and payment of interest thereon. These complaints shall be made to the post issue Lead Manger, who in turn will take up the matter with registrar to redress the complaints. In case the investor does not receive any reply within a reasonable time, investor may complain to SEBI, Office of investors Assistance.

Today I got a mail from NSE , they have sent me a form to complaint against intime spectrum and also given address where I need to send it , I will do it on monday . If any one needs the form I can send it .

today i called up at intime. it took more than 30 min to get the line. some Shilpa was on the call and she told me that ECS transfer got failed in my case so they dispatched the cheque at my past address which came back.now she assure me that cheque wud b transfered in my icici a/c by nxt friday. i also got the cheque num. so guys,u people also try for the same.

i am really frustrated with intime spectrum.

SEBI also sucks, after registering so many complaints there is no action from them.

they also would have taken money from intime.

next best option is to reach out to Media. As currently in India if someone is afraid of, then that is Media.

if someone can contact CNN-IBN or NDTV it would be great.
Then SEBI will take some action.

**Media is also good because it will warn other innocent small investors about intime spectrum and its fraudulent practices.

This is really horrible. Even i applied for 180 IPO shares. They deducted the amount at one go... But now we hv to struggle for our own hard earned money....

I am also sending mails and trying to contact them over phone but to no avail. Now i will certainly send mail to all the addresses mentioned by Shankar.

i applied for 300 shares i was not alloted any shares i received a cheque bearing my postal address with some noralla masani s name i returned it to the intime spectrum registrar now when will i get the refund.i sent fax and e mail to the registrar.so far no reply.

I have not been alloted any shares against my application of 720 shares. Still i am waiting to receive the refund amount of Rs.73440/-

This is 2nd time i am facing the problem with intimespectrum.
Earlier one was my fault, as address mentioned in the DP a\c was not correct.

But this time every thing is fine.
Basic question is, why not these guys do a ECS..

I spoke to the executive at the given number. She has given me the speedpost number through which they has dispatched my cheque. Is there any online internet facility available by which I can track this number. Pleaseee......let me know.
