After lots of efforts I got my refund cheque today . I
sent many mails , only mail id indore@intimespectrum.com is effective , here some Mr Niren forwarded my mail to their main office and then Praveen pravin.kasare@intimespectrum.com responded to my mail that soon they will send me the cheque again .But I did not get anything . I kept on trying their numbers 022 25960320-328 and talked to their executives after that they took action . So be patient and don't give up keep on calling their customer care . All the best . But overall very very pethatic service and gave me a good lesson that never apply to an IPO where registrar is Intime Spectrum .

Its really disappointing. These guys at Intime are really harsing us. I am not sure as to why they have goofed up with CBI. Its amazing, I get refund and shares alloted correctly for all their other issues. Is something wrong with CBI or with Intime????????
I hv been alloted 60 shares of the 300 applied for. There no shares in my DEMAT acct nor is the refund in my bank account. GOD SAVE ME.

I got this email from central bank. I think they are referring to the fax number for their Mumbai office. So using (022) would be important. Worth trying.

I got the refund finally after fifteen days of long wait. I had to mail them 5 times. Finally they did the refund through ECS - which they could have done it earlier.
