Hi All,

Has anybody CBI refunds by cheque in Visakhapatnam ???

My application No. for CBI is 47907223. I applied for 960 shares & has been alloted 63 shares but these shares have not been credited to my Demat account. All my others friends accounts are credited with shares.

Can anyone guide me what to do & how to proceed further or whom to contact.

I have an ICICI bank account in bangalore and always get ECS refunds. But, have not yet recived the same for CBI and the intime site says the refund is through cheque. Have not yet recived the cheque, is anybody else in bangalore also facing the same problem ??? Has anybody recived the cheque or refund in bangalore ??

i did not get any shares for Omaxe....
and i still did not get my refund.....

and how many days it normally takes for refund ?????

Intime spectrum seems to be the worst registrar and they are still in 18th century.They are not fit to work in elctronic era. Really primitve fellows.

Today I got the refund by a cheque from `Intime
spectrum'. I really dont understand why they could not credit through ECS. In fact, this is the first time I am getting refund through cheque. By this they can enjoy the float for another 3-4 days and we are denied the opportunity to utilise funds immediately. We should complain to SEBI such unethical practices followed by Intime Spectrum/Central Bank. I wish my fellow investors who have been cheated like this voice their concern so that SEBI can take action against these people.

No.722 Mr. KRK - you got 347 shares under employees quota. But you have mentioned that you have applied for 720 shares. But the quantity must by 780 and not 720.Am I correct

Most of my friends received the refund order today.(at NAGERCOIL- SOUTHERN PART OF INDIA).ThE REGISTRARS send the same by courier service. However I have not received the same.

Intime spectrum seems to be the worst registrar. They claim to handle "highest IPOs in 2006" but the way they are refunding the refund orders it raises a lot questions.

I just called they responded that they are sending refund orders through speed post/courier even if one has applied the IPO online thru ICICI direct. As per SEBI guidelines for selected Cities (like delhi ) refund should be made thru ECS. Someone needs to lodge a complaint regardimng this matter.

Even I applied through ICICIDirect and they have sent the refund through cheque.I was expecting ECS refund as they did in the case of OMAXE.This is quite uncomfortable as I don't know if I will be present in my home when the postman comes.
