I am also victim of intimespectrum. I have not got the refund money. I have learnt a lesson. Apart from looking at the background of the IPO company we should also look at the registrar... Guys we have burnt our fingers... So, be careful... Next time if it is intime specturm... do not even think of applying a good company even if it is reliance....

I am one of the Victim. But, finally i got my money credited in my account today. Please send a mail to vaishali.sarang@intimespectrum.com with your application number and bank details etc. if your CHQ is returned back to them, they are doing an ECS. Please try with Patience. you will not get any reply immediately, but keep mailing everyday to vaishali. it works!!

I am able to do that sitting abroad, but after long time.you people can easily do this from india. so, do not be panic, keep mailing. all the best.
Taking this issue to the media is also a very good idea if you are ready to spend some time.

why not all those who are sufferring with the indifference of central bank and Intime spectrum write to the newspapers? Iam writing a letter to the editor of Hindu at thehindu@vsnl.com.
If all of us write then we will get a response.

i TALKED TO INTIME EXECUTIVES AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UPTILL THE VALID DATE OF MY CBI REFUND ORDER AND THEN THEY WILL SEND IT AGAIN. ITS A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS.
CAN NEBODY HELP.

This information might be usefull for you all. Just now I called Intime spectrum number 022-25960320. After some trial i got connect and talked to CSR. He told me that my cheque was returned to them and they have sent the cheque to ICICI bank on 1-Sep-2007 and by this time it should be credited to my account. I was surprised when i checked my account and really it was deposited. I wish you all good luck. Please call them and tell them to deposite the cheque in your bank account directly...

Hi ,

After a lot of struggle for a month ,I got CBI refund
amount on Saturaday, Its credited thru ECS.

Those who are not getting CBI refund amount send mail to
