It is clear from the various msgs that all those who have applied through ICICI Direct have been refunded through cheque instead of ECS credit. Even the refund cheque did not contain the account number and bank details, which is against SEBI guidelines. Who is responsible for this goof-up? ICICI or CBI.. But we are the ultimate victims... Whether ICICI or CBI will respond ???

I have applied for CBI Shares thro ICICIdirect - Chennai. Got 63 shares and have recd my refund of around Rs.91,494/- thro cheque to-day.

rajesh,i also applied thru icicidirect.got refund by cheque on aug14(no ECS).whydont u check their website to know whether they have sent a cheque or ECS.u need to have ur application number
