Gmr infrastructure surprised all today. Broke upper circuit then corrected 10% from it''s high. Today it hits 52 weeks high also on 47% reduction in debt & ebita margin improved by 14%.

Looks like chittorgarh members started booking profits and Laurus came down from 618 to 608 in a minute and Sellers are more than buyers. Please book partial profits and dont blame me if it moves higher in 1 or 2 weeks :-)

Mumbai: Ahmedabad-based pharmaceuticals company Eris Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd plans to launch a Rs2,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) this month, according to two people aware of the development.

“The company and the bankers have been busy with international investor roadshows over the last couple of months. They are in the process of winding up the roadshows, post which the company will finalize the dates for the launch of the IPO and the pricing of the offer. The plan is to launch the IPO before end of June,” said one of the people cited above, requesting anonymity as he is not authorized to speak to the media.

Eris, which filed its share sale prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India in February, received the regulator’s go-ahead in May. Axis Capital, Citibank and Credit Suisse are the bankers to the issue.

Private equity firm ChrysCapital, which holds a 16.25% stake in the company, will sell all of its 22.34 million shares, while founder Amit Bakshi, who holds 39.97%, will sell 0.5%. Other investors selling their shares will include Rakesh Shah, Rajendra Patel, Kausal Shah and Inderjeet Negi.

That must depend on the how (exorbitantly) they price the paper, but yes, 10 to 15 % (on either side) isn''t too much expecting.

By looking at Bse price today.. one assumes so.

It is now becoming clear, that those who had inside information, would have bought BSE at that time and will exit around 1175 on or before CDSL listing day.
It''s all insiders game.

Now that CDSL IPO resurfaced, could Gamble or any one else suggest what is the approximate levels to book profit in BSE. I have booked profit in BSE on listing day @1150 and still holding 2 lots of BSE allotted in IPO from almost more than a quarter.

Agreed ipo was to come by 30/6 as per sebi directive, but spike came at the time of preparing RHP... or who knows they could have still asked for another extension beyond 30/6.

Laurus Labs came out of coma finally. Booked profit at 594 in 1 lot yesterday. Can we book profits in other lots. Please suggest if there is more upside.?

I too had confidence in it earlier though it didnt give much listing gains as not much left on table by Promoters. But couldn''t understand why it didn''t move out of 540-560 narrow band for almost 5 months. Even after its Q4 results, didnt see much volume and surge in price.
I checked in Laurus labs page but as I couldnt find "Post Message" option there, posted here as this page will be active and fellow board members who are waiting from 5 months like me can book some profits.

Neither could I. I was frustrated with it staying below 500 for a long time after listing and then getting stuck below 550, but I think this recent rally is because of uplift in Pharma sector since last 2 days. It may even take a long time for another upmpve till 650, ultimately comes down to how upbeat you are on the company and your patience.

Dear Admin team, could you please check why Laurus Labs page doesnt have "Post New message" option now please asap.
