At the price band of Rs 145 to Rs 149, it looks totally fair to me. My analysis gave me a intrinsic value of Rs 183 and I expect it to list in the range of 205-215.

Some of the key takeaways from the RHP are as-
1) Revenue grew at a CAGR of 18% from FY15 to FY17
2) Dividend paying company
3) It enjoys high economy of scales
4) No debt
5) Relies on internal resources for expansion
6) Equity market shows promises as market capitalisation to GDP ratio is still 20% less than global average
7) It achieved 60% market share in incremental BO accounts this year over the last year, representing a net growth of 14%.

Although it has a market share of 43% and provides less no of services as compared to NSDL.

BSE sold shares of CDSL to LIC for ~Rs 79 in Oct 16 (just for the information)
