if it achieved no one will say you guess was good but in case it do not happen then they will come and ask you for justifications why it couldnt happen

its very amazing that HNIs are not participating according to market expectations in recent IPOs. I guess they burnt their hands in infra ipos

AKH - from my limited analysis (if you can call it that), a huge proportion of HNIs seem to apply at the last moment. Probably they use paper applications (?) and/or their application is recorded at closing time.
