current gmp is 104-105 important thing is it bounce back from 85Rs low.

The money used to subscribe ipo is transferred to company or is there in my bank and will be transferred on my allotment

The amount is Blocked until allotment and deducted if allocated, else if not allotted it is unblocked.

Marwari & Motilal Oswal both offer financing. Have used their finance a couple of times in past.

I feel. application for 563 shares got one share if debit byasba for 563 simultaneously refund for 562 will be there the following day. Extra debit is maximum for a day. Interest must be for a day only

Hi Manish, I thought of applying in HNI this time, but based on subscription estimates of 500+ times and 50 Lakhs liquid cash requirement, I didn''t apply in HNI. Could you please provide few details like which broker your friend applied and what is the margin money he kept for CDSL IPO please.
Unfortunately, HNIs who has to bear Interest cost on Funding amount cant make good returns in this IPO unlike DMART and might not get their break even price on listing day. Lets hope for the best.
with recent IPOs like SChand, Primary market has become tough ride for HNIs also along with retail. For retailers, allotment has been zero due to good issues over subscribing 15 times and due to low allotment, HNIs unable to get break even price.
Very sad that primary market has also became fruitless like secondary market except we invest in very good quality stocks and have lot of luck.

By filling application from asba I selected cdsl.
Does it effect any?.

No

Your shares if allotted will b with CDSL. You u sell your shares through u r broker @ NSE. U need not to worry and pray for allotment.
