Before blaming anyone, First of all you must know what is GMP.
Its a premium rate which is declared by some brokers unofficially that they will buy share with that premium which may change time to time and also depends on market sentiments.
It may also come down to zero or may be negative.

GMP given by EE do matches in market.

I don''t know where did u have problem.

I waited a lot after HUDCO allotment. But its valuation is decreasing day by day. Should I wait once CDSL get listed or sell asap once it is listed higher. Any good signs in future if I hold it. Please suggest.

Since the allotment is going to be taken care by Link Intime, I dont have any hopes.. Never got allotment when handled by Link Intime in last 2 years.

Is there a way our voice can be heard by LinkinTime?

I am all ways apply 2 application all ipo in registar in link intime... Every 1 application give allotment from link intime...

This is correct, but the program/algorithm used by LinkInTime is unknown for us. Theoretically, they should be using the supplied info, god knows how they allot practically.
