Why the PAT increased so much in 2021? because there is no major change in revenue

IPO is 100% OFS (Offer for Sale).

Heard that when your profit is 28 cr. and selling your 40% share at 2998 cr. Means your part also on sale. If company has great future normally no one will sale their shares, here we see 100% OFS.

Its should be interesting case study on this to know right from offer to listing.

I think this IPO will not give listing gains. If it gives it will give a maximum gain of 20%. Better to avoid IPOs because this IPO boom is about to end.

In last 4-6 ipos , New Retailers were running as if they are in olympics gold medal race , in the first hour itself it used to be 7x , 9x subscription.

guess steam is out , money is blocked in 4 ipos plus glenmark and rolex gave shocker listings. let see how new retailers sustains this phase.

@Siva... True. May be IPO euphoria peaked with Zomato & Tatva''s stellar listings beating GMP expectations. Glenmark IPO was anyways low expectations 80rs but people along with me expected better listing and disappointed. Rolex listed slightly below expectations but still 40% is not bad.

These guys who do full issue OFS should be taught a lesson.. I hope this goes flop show if not fr RII, atleast NII may do that. Full OFS is such a poor thing to subscription to

Whole issue is offer for sale. 🤕 If company is having such a great overview, why is it selling almost 40% on their entire stake, or should I say dumping. Crazy market, it''ll be oversubscribed on the very first day anyways. Think before applying here, market being at all time high.

Can I Apply 2 Ipo''s With 1 UPI Id Link To This Bank Account.

That shud not be a problem as demat is different. Or u can bid thru 3rd party asba banks like- sbi, axis, etc...

CarTrade, Aptus, Nuvoco, ChemPlast. ChemPlast was delisted at 5/- in 2017 and coming back with 541, Nuvoco - Loss to Profits then to Loss, CarTrade - No Fresh Issue...entire 3000Cr will go to Promotors pockets and 0 to company

The boom in ipo market seen many of promoters queuing up to encash by offloading their stake. We can observe many PE funds are exiting by offering entire or majority of their holding through ofs. Under the circumstances is it not wise to be careful and better exit if any one got allotted in ipo. If we see from past many of the iPos are now available at discounted value compared to listing/offered price. I am of the opinion that we should be very careful and keep only such shares of companies with good promoters/sectors which are growth oriented. Comments from seniors and experts are most welcome

Car Trade. Rest all might list in discount or on par.

(1) Car trade appear good rather best among these 4 but please note that it is 100% OFS means huge premium collected will go to selling shareholders . company will not get anything .
(2) Nuvoco vista is a Nirma group co ..nirma itself voluntarily delisted under controversial circumstances and there already listed co Shree rama multitech too not doing well . the company have negative EPS , absurd comparison with Ambuja cement . GMP as of now 35.
(3) Chemplast was delisted at 15 in June 2012 face value 1 share . first ever issue to re-list after being voluntarily delisted .(people say DLF but it was not voluntarily delisted through RBB ) .GMP as of now 50-60.
(4) Aptus ....NO trade in GM and no view ....

Apply With Full-Force both for Listing gain & Holdings.

Should I apply both as retail & HNI in this IPO by same PAN no. What about applications whether accepted or rejected stating multiple applications with same PAN.
