China was net exporter of iron and ore. But now an importer as per my knowledge. Let''s hope same position is continued. Even after eleven years a share is ruling at below issue price, a price of 300 in a priod of one year will highly be appreciated. Some good shares of 2006 to 2008 have gone very high i.e. Mindtree, Solar explosive now Solar Industries and Persistent System are some real Gems, appreciated many fold. NMDC a non performer at all time. I hope now NMDC to give good return. I am holding all these. Unfortunately holding NMDC. I am long term investor.
During last five years LTI, LTTS and GNA are some good ones with many more.

I feel lack of funds is the issue for car trade bring not subscribed fully on day 1, because people mostly kept amount in last 4 IPOs

This is not Ipo but offer for sales, All 2998 crore is offer for sales & pramotor take money home.

Pramotor u make 29 crore profit/year & using bull market sentiment for sell 40% stake. If company is good why u dumping 40% stake.

If u take ipo for rising money for company expension that''s ok but this is not ipo but offer for sles for buying luxurious car, home for yourself.

SEBI look at & remove IPO tag, This is offer for sales & rising money only for pramotor own use & misguide Investor.


Ignore this ipo

clean science and gril both were 100% ofs, i hope u know there listing gains. :-) this all commenbazi is going on as there is less gmp and not so great listing gains in recent two ipos

@EtoTrader could you please look into the percentage of the issue the promoters sold in clean science and here in car trade. It should matter right?

Buyback size of R system is very small and percentage of retail holding is high so it''s not much attractive for tendering in Buyback purpose

But
Company is good, qty result posted is also very good, company belonging to a demanding sector

Hence
Buyback price is likely to be touched/crossed in short term only.

Now waiting for Balrampur Chini board meeting outcome (09 Aug) for a better deal for investors.

Increase on other income for 2021 is not much high.
Sudden 3 times increase in Profit for 2021.
Any jackpot?

Chemplast IPO:
Sudden increase of revenue almost 3 times and increase of profit almost 10 times in 2021.

Aptus IPO:
Profit is 40-50% of total Revenue for last 3 years.
Looks like first company in the world who is making high profit in housing finance business.

CarTrade, Chemplast, Aptus:
Looks like financials nos. are cooked for IPO launch.
I am not an accounting expert but something wrong in financial nos.

Only Nuvoco''s financial nos. looks actual.

Be careful before apply.

Cartrade received TAX amount back. That why their profit i huge.

Car trade profit jump is due to adjustment of high depreciation in previous years.

If we exclude this then their adjusted EBITDA and PAT still growing.
