I admit that SJ is very knowledgable but I dont understand why is SJ keeping the alternative of carerpoint underwraps?? It sounds a bit like soon his picks will be by subscription service only ...anyway carerpoint will do well so investors can subscribe for listing gains...no need to look for alternative investment...well in past in SKS IPO I think SJ recommended SE investments but that is an operator stock...so investors do due diligence before investing...

IF WE COMPARE IT WITH EROS REGARDING ALLOCATION OF FUNDS I FOUND :-

EROS ISSUE SIZE = 350 CR
CAREER ISSUE SIZE = 115 CR

EXPECTED RETAIL SUBSCRPN IN EROS = 8-10 TIMES
EXPECTED RETAIL SUBSCRPN IN CAREER = 14-16 TIMES

SO EXPECTED ALLOTMENT IN 1 LAC APPLCN IN EROS = RS.10000
SO EXPECTED ALLOTMENT IN 1 LAC APPLCN IN CAREER = RS.6250

SO EXPECTED GAIN ON 1 LAC APPLCN IN EROS = RS.10000*20% = 2000
SO EXPECTED GAIN IN 1 LAC APPLCN IN CAREER = RS.6250*30% = 1800

BASED ON GMP OF EROS = 20%, CAREER = 30%

SO I THINK IN ANY CASE EROS WILL GIVE CONFIRM ALLOTMENT AND GAIN MORE THAN CAREER IN 1 LAC APPLCN. IN CAREER IF RETAIL EXCEEDS 14 TIMES EVEN 1 LAC APPLCN WILL BE ALLOTED BASED ON LOTTERY, THAT IS NOT THE CASE IN EROS ATLEAST, KUCH NA KUCH DE KE JAYEGA YAAAAAAAAAAR


IF I TAKE ANOTHER SCENARIO IN WHICH I AM ASSUMING THAT RETAIL WILL ALLOCATE EQUALLY IN BOTH THESE IPO THEN -

IF CAREER WILL BE OVERSBCRD BY 15 TIMES THEN EROS WILL BE ITS 1/3 MEANS 5 TIMES, IN THIS CASE LISTING GAIN WILL BE RS.1800 IN CAREER AND 4000 IN EROS.BUT RETAILERS WILL INCREASE FUND TOWARDS EROS BECAUSE OF ITS SIZE.

Go apply in the career point it will give better returns as against the SJ's and GEM's hidden discovery of its peer.

Simply because you atleast knows his name and it will be always better than the anonymous as you keep guessing the name of the other with no gains in hands.

As otherwise also it is a good reputed business company running on an innovative business model. Consult any Rajashthani and get the truth known to you.

Only problem is of low allotment, so I advice play a gamble by applying minimum application and reserving the capital for rest of the good large size ipo's but participate in this IPO as if lucky it will turn around to be a lottery ticket for you.
In case you have enough funds you can go for it with full force and stand ahead in the queue of allocation.

I think you have got my point, for other boarders reference it is in relation to listed peer substitute of Career Point.
We are just bored out of your personal discussions as without script name we can't participate in the discussion also.
Now, please evaluate following benefits of disclosing the name of your hidden discovery of that so called better peer of the career point.
1) If peoples have already created lot of suspense aroud it and once disclosed all borders will definately have a watch over its price movement.
2)As more persons will track the script, and buys at regular intervals it price will start increasing.
3) Now, the boarders will confidently advise the same to there relatives and friends.
4) More buying will come in the script, its price will not fall as more and more are waiting to grap the same at lower valuations.
5) As the grapevine will spread it will get coverage in the Media and news channels, leading to more and more buying.

Ultimately your price target will be achieved and hence in your own benefit share the name of script in case you have already brought the same as then only you will be benefited. In case you peoples are discussing the same in "airs" that is without holding any positions then please let us participate also.
