My question is to the ipo gurus,pls enlighten me.Career point if oversubscribed say 30 times,and then i apply only for 1 lot each from 3 different demat(of 3 different PAN) accounts,so in lottery can i have chance of allotmment,or only those ppl will be considered for allotment who have applied for full application or for larger lots.I just want to know ppl who hav applied just 1 time will they be considered,can they hav any chance of allotment.sj,sreedhar,gemipofinder,and all gurus pls clear this newbie's doubt
also want to knw is this good strategy to spread my luck by applying just 1 lot from 3 different accounts,so tht my capital is safe from getting block and i also hav the chance of sme allotment by putting small money and preventing rest of money for applyin in other ipo's.pls reply,as u knw hw complex the situation has become for retailers with only small capital to apply in this ipo flood,wanna drink as much water as i can without getting drowned

30th is half yearly closing and non-working day for public in banks. No clearing house will be operated. 2nd october is gazated holiday on account of gandhi jayanti and 3rd is Sweet Sunday.

Your tactics to file IPO closing on 27/28th with cheques will be huge success. There is bank holiday on 30th, 2nd and 3rd so cheques will be presented only on 4th ocotber. Make FULL ON.

BTW, Carrier Point sold in KOSTAK and willing to get no allotment. Just for all of you HA..HA..HA LOLLLLLLLL

Market opened on a flat note and the momentum on the upside intensified as the day progressed which led the indices to close near day high. On the daily charts, trend remains extremely strong and there is no sign of weakness. Hence in the coming trading session if indices trade convincingly above 19928 / 5990 levels then they are likely to test 20020 – 20100 / 6020 – 6050. On the downside, 19750 – 19631 / 5952 – 5925 may act as a
good support for the day.

 The Nifty Sep future closed at a premium of 13.65 points, against a premium of 19.10 points in the last trading session. On the other hand, Oct future closed at a premium of 26.85 points.
 The PCR-OI increased from 1.75 to 1.84 points.
 The Implied volatility of At-the-money options remained same at 16.00%.
 The total OI of the market is Rs2,11,074cr and the stock futures OI is Rs51,646cr.

 Yesterday, unwinding has taken place in most of the In-the-money call options and build up was visible in the 6100 call. On the other hand, huge build up was observed in the 5900 and 6000 put options.
