We both are in the same boat. I had applied for 260 shares each in 2 applications. No allotment.

i got 7 allotments(20 sh each)out of 14 applications of min. lot

I can''t believe my luck.
checked in icicibank, money still not unblocked.
checked on the site. Had applied 3 applications of 60 shares each. got allotment of 20 shares for all 3 applications. So total 60 shares :-)

Guess, its pure lottery at every level of lots..
I put in 4 applications of 13,13,2,1 lots under 4 family members'' accounts, and got 20,0,0,20 shares, resp.
Is it fair to not allot anything to an applicant having so much conviction as to have gone for the max?!
Couldn''t they have simply split the lot size down so that every applicant gets an equal number of shares, however small that would have been? Logic and common sense doesn''t always work.

now ipo allotment has become more of lottery kind, but its same for all lots, there is no separate chance for every lot as earlier used to happen, now 20 or 260 share application are on same boat

Let us wait to get the Basis of Allotment info to make clear about the procedure..

I think you must be content with, coz i had applied maximum in2 applications and ended up with nil allotment

Bro. you are lucky, out of 4 applications of 260 i just received 20 in 1 of them and 0 in the rest.

I made two applications on two family members of 260 shares. it shows i have recd 0 shares on allotment in both applications.

What rubbish is this? how have they alloted.

I applied 2 application. 1 for 1 lot under my name & 1 for 2 lots under my wife''s name.

My application didn''t get any shares. My wife got 20 shares against 40 applied.

Me too, applied for 260 got nothing :( and the refund has not been made yet. Guess they want to enjoy the interest of it before releasing..Suckers

I m the most unluckiest guy in this world.
Applied in CARE IPO In 7 different names of my family members but none of the form number got allotted.
I was expecting atleast 2-3 allottes but my fortunes didn''t support me.
Anyways guys all the best to those who got shares.

HCHC it is highly unlikely that you have not been allotted on any of the applications. Please recheck. What qty of shares did you apply in each application?

How are you guys able to check the allotment status. The links are working but I am not getting the option to enter my application no. It only says .....please wait.....

Allotment is out. Got 20 shares each against 2 applications of 100 and 80 shares.

Can we expect CARE allotment-finalization by 24th Dec (Monday)?

now allotment in retail portion will be made on basis of application received . old system of oversubscription allotment in retail is scrapped.

CARE retail has app 25.5 lac shares quota .
1. suppose 1 lac application received , all will get 20 shares ( 1 lot to full app ) .this will consume 20 lac shares . balance 5.5 lac shares will be allotted on proportionate basis to 2 lot to full 13 lot appl . so they will get 20+ hares.
2. suppose 2 lac applications received , it will require 40 lac share demand , but since we have only 25.5 lac shares , all applicants will get 20 share by lottery and u will find that 1 lot appl also stands good chance of allotment . oversubscription in retail 6 times stands void in this case

As per my Information CARE is not refunding the money, becatommorrow is doomsday and they want to keep all the money to themselves

what care will do with the money when dooms''s day is tomorrow! i do not believe in such pandit wani.
