you have opened your demat using which broker? I have an observation as I am not getting any allotments with 2 zerodha accounts(different PAN) since years. but recently I started applying using one zerodha and another using Demat with IIFL. Zerodha still no success but got allotment in Rossari, routemobile and CAMS in IIFL demat.
I am not sure what is the issue with accounts opened with zerodha.

Bro mine is in HDFC ( mostly I get allocation ) and wife's account in upstox ( Upi Paytm )
but its nothing to do with HDFC I guess, as my bother's account never get any allocation. he just got this cams one only.
