"Dear customer, hold for Rs. 14,892.00 has been removed from account no. XXXXX143463. If not requested, please contact your branch-SBI" this message is getting from SBI that means 3rd party upi also rejected ..Is it correct Sbi reject 3rd party upi??
No in my case there was no third party UPI yet they revoked mandate and unblocked the fund. Bank account is in my name with my own upi id. I have no clue why this is happening.
People concerned with SBI ASBA not allowing 3rd party But AXIS IPO section is also not working What mess is this I applied with different upi ids hope the applications donβt get rejected
SBI UPI mandate automatically revoked in 3 applications. And funds unblocked. I didn't cancel my bid. How could this happen before allotment of shares.. Anybody else facing the issue. Experts please suggest what should we do.?
I talked with brach manager of sbi and he mention that only account holder and account holder demat account ipo only accepted otherwise all r revoked..This is new sebi rule ..
I have my own sbi account, own demat account and own upi id which is linked to my own SBI bank account. He is not giving you correct information. Well what else can we expect from these sarkari babus who know nothing. Tell him he is like Jon snow. He knows nothing. Many people who applied from their own upi id also facing this issue. And for your information my younger brother who works at sbi, his mandate also got revoked today evening. He used his own bank account and own upi id to apply.
All sbi upi blocked till today evening. But All unblocked now.

Sbi asba se third party application ki aur accept bhi ho gayi Aur success application show ho raha hai Yaha sab bol rahe hai ki reject hogi Lekin Mera reject nhi hua
Since HNI funding is not happening it would be interesting to see final HNI numbers.. I think this will still be subscribed by 90-100 times in HNI.. Will be applying for 68 lots to get 14 lots allotment..π€π»

retail subscription may be less due to sbi suddenly not allowing multiple aplications
1. Is it possible that an applicant makes 2 applications in 2 categories, say small HNI (14 lot) and retail (1 lot)? 2. Is applying for 14 lots or 15 lots going to make a difference in probability of allotment?

Only one application allowed per ipo, same like before, either in retail or in hni. No difference in 14 lot or 15 lot application, both has same probability of allotment (14 lot allotment in both via lottery) , unless ipo is bad/under subscribed in that hni category.
Is there any restriction to sell in HNI category after allotment?I mean other than Amount value is there any difference between Retail category and HNI.

you were using different sbi upi id for all different applications in same ipo ? if yes then ideally it shouldn't happen, there might be some technical issue in bank. Better call bank call center tomorrow morning and ask them about fund unblock. I have no idea why this happened. And try applying using bank asba if possible, that is best. you can use any bank asba.
Apart from IPO... I have a query. Dear @MRavichandran Sir @Avenue Sir @ lokes Sir @ arunARUN Sir & other respected members your answer will be appreciated. I am investing in market from July 2020. I have buy/sell few good, bad stocks, book profit, book loss, make mistakes and I am trying to learn from them. That time I have invested 40k in Future Retail, F Consumer & FEL. Now my 40k converted in 9k. Currently I have invested 1.4 lac where 40k in future group. Can you please suggest some stock in high market where I can invest few amounts and try to recover that loss. Thank you for your time :)
Secondary market is always risky and no one can suggest with 100 % accuracy so you should be analyse by yourself and Invest accordingly . Like No one know Adani Wilmar will fire and reach at this point @800 . Don't follow any one for secondary stocks .
Should have avoided Future group stocks, they are always into governance issues. I would advise you to start with mutual funds and try to understand the basics of the market. Avoid direct stock-picking, if you cannot face losses or cannot invest time into the nuances of the company before investing in it.
Most of the stocks are overvalued, very little value left as of now. Can go for bluechips for starter, ITC seems a good bet, if it is around 235. HDFC twins have corrected a lot, however, they have risen some over the past few days. If there is a correction in HDFC twins, try to pick them. IRFC is available at below IPO price and given its improving PAT, can be a consistent dividend player, alongwith future appreciation. However, it is a PSU.
@Hostpacker Thanks for suggestion Sir :) @KAILASH SINGH BISHT I started SIP's in few month ago & I also think mutual fund have good for beginner. I have few quantities of ITC @170 price. Instead of hdfc and any other bank stock, I buy bankbees. I think psu stock have some limitations so I avoid them. Everything was good in my portfolio. But then future group ne kabaada kar diya. Anyway thanks for you kind words. :)
@Poor Guy, my suggestion is try to apply quality IPO's than trying in secondary market (MF is good idea, but good IPO's will fetch good returns with some risks). As @Hostpacker indicated, I too have so much burns in secondary market (but some good quality ones compensated overall).
All the best for you to get good IPO allotments in future (to overcome your losses from 'Future')
@PoorGuy... Here many are already victims of secondary market who moved to IPO as it is relatively safe. Atleast me ... Still to answer, choose blue chip equities which are relatively safer. Hdfc, icici, reliance ind, itc... By small quantiries and keep adding on dips. Don't sell unless you need money for other purpose.
@poorguy If you have some few years time for investment then choose some companies which has invested in capex and revenue from this capex is about to reflect in revenues.
I can suggest few of such companies and do your own research also before taking cal. BCLIND capacity going to be 3X in 1-2 years. KRSNAA recent orders from different states to boost revenues by 2X with in 2-3 years timeframe. BOROSIL RENEWABLE capacity is going to be 4X with in 3 years.
As this is IPO base forum people will suggest to invest in IPO'S only but we should look beyond IPO'S to make some decent returns. Now a days IPO'S became a tough game due to premium valuations by bankers and heavy retail participation
@ Poor Guy. Please change your user name to Rich Guy and you will become rich. Be positive and restrict yourself to Sensex 30 and Nifty 50 stocks, hold for 5-10 years or more, you will be a Rich Guy. But first give yourself positivity and change your user name. Thanks.
@MRavichandran I applied around 25+ IPOs but get only tega industries. I applied from mine account only. Now I have 3 demat account. So, I will try more. @Krupa Sir No idea about that how buyback works. But I will try to learn from this forum also. There are many experts. @Avenue Sir Apart from future group Dabur, ITC, Wipro, IEX & HDFC Life in my portfolio. I will keep them for long term. @Bala murli Sir Your suggested stocks are good. I will check more. @Gujarati Sir Sure bhai, I will change my name :D @Jagdish Sir Actually we have same name. I will definitely change my display name. I will become Rich Guy :)
Thank you Guys, thank you everyone for their kind reply.
Experts, I understand that up to 2 lacs is for applying in retail individual category. But to be eligible for HNI category how many minimum lots should we apply ? please suggest ..
