Very Bad Reviews from Employees of Cadsys. Check Google Reviews and Glassdoor reviews for Cadsys India.

Employee review ka IPO aur equity market se kuchh lena dena nahi hota hai. Company ka fundamental is far better than any of the SME issues listed during last 6 months. Since issue was being handled by a new IM no prior track of SME IPO and overall market scenario was subdued, otherwise, issue must have been subscribed at least 10 times. Anyway, those who have applied in this IPO are Value investors rather than punters and they are not going to sell this GEM. Just hold the allotment and your money will be at least doubled in just 3-6 months.

- Clean Balance sheet
- Super attractive issue price
- Favourable forex rate
- Low gearing and further reduction of Debt from issue proceeds
- Zero debt resulting to increase in bottomline and networth through ploughback

@hexadecimal, one more thing that affected subscription is worth peripherals amount was blocked until 3 pm on Monday. People who want to subscribe this ipo, couldn''t apply.

Aarvi & dp wire less than 2 times. Tirupati 2 times. Only innovative fetched 7.61 times.
Bit surprised with innovative numbers.
Any idea why there was so fancy in this ipo? ? ? ?
One thing more if you add last 15 sme ipo subscrition figures then it wont be able to bet Worth pheriphal subscrition .

@rvr, I applied 5 app. I don''t think it will list in discount. Afterall valuation is so cheap, available at 4 P/E. ONLY. EVEN IF IT LISTS IN DISCOUNT, I WON''T SELL. YOU WON''T FIND SUCH COMPANY WITH THIS P/E. GOOD TOP LINE AS WELL AS BOTTOM LINE GROWTH. IT WILL COME IN TO RADAR OF VALUE INVESTORS, IF NOT SOON THAN 2 MONTH DOWN THE LINE.

I so agree with you.. This was OPPORTUNITY to get allotment, otherwise SME allotment is hard.
Its indeed great deal and we will surely make profit. Can keep this for a long term even.

One thing I am unable to understand, all of you have done your own research before applying to this IPO which is fundamentally good, then why do you want to convince Steve G. that it is a good IPO?

Partap snacks having only profit 9 crore and giving shares at Rs. 938*2=Rs. 1876 and only IT company CADSYS having profit of Rs. 10 crore and important thing QIB are not fool who make bid for 390000 shares. so do not afraid if market improve 20% circuit or Rs. 5 or more on list on listing.

Employee always says it is not good to work their ... even i am working in govt bank but not statisfied with the facilites and infrastructure available.

THE ONLY THING I FOUND IS TO PAY LESS SALARIES TO THEIR EMPLOYEES. WELL THATS ISSUES OF EVERY EMPLOYEE I GUESS. BUT OVERALL I FEEL GOOD FOR THE COMPANY AS I AM LOOKING FOR TOP & BOTTOM NUMBERS. I HOPE WILL SEE ON THE LISTING DAY AND A MONTH AHEAD.

2. CONSISTENT DIVIDEND PLAYER.
3. HIGH PROFIT MARGIN BUSINNESS. NET AT 20%.
4. OPERATING IN NICHE SEGMENT. DIFF. TO ENTER FOR OTHER PLAYERS.
5. REPUTED CLIENT LIST WHICH WERE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR LAST 20 YEARS.
6. SCOPE OF HUGE GROWTH IN THE FIELD LIKE FTTH/FIBER INDUSTRY IN INDIA AS INDIA IS GOING DIGITAL.
7. THE LAST NOT THE LEAST COMPANY HAS GIVEN GREAT VALUE TO INVESTOR. AVAILABLE AT VERY VERY CHEAP VALUATION.

Look at innovative tyres, people are floking there as smartinvestment said that there is listing gain. Cadsys is far more better than innovative,but people just see subject to rates......

Whatever Valuation they are offering. Avoid.

GIS business is a generic business in software. It''s NO rocket science. Hyderabad alone has more than 100 GIS services companies like Cadsys. Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, almost every city has these companies.Highly competitive market. The Numbers shown in DHRP doesn''t show the right picture about the company and the industry.
