The profit details of company as per Dilip Davida Sir, On performance front, the company has posted revenue/net profits of Rs. 11.74 cr. / Rs. 0.81 cr. (FY13) , Rs. 14.57 cr. / Rs. 0.86 cr. (FY14), Rs. 19.58 cr. / Rs. 0.81 cr. (FY15) and Rs. 26.88 cr. / Rs. 1.45 cr. (FY16). For the seven months ended on 31.10.16 of current fiscal it has reported net profit of Rs. 1.29 crore on a total revenue of Rs.17.41 crore. If we annualize these earnings and attribute to fully diluted post issue equity of Rs. 12.50 then asking price is at a P/E of around 25 plus making it a pricy offer. Its peers are trading around same or little lower P/Es.. While the profit margin of CADsys is far far better than Airon On performance front, CIL has posted turnover/net profits of Rs. 21.06 cr. / Rs. 2.97 cr. (FY14), Rs. 24.41 cr. / Rs. 4.68 cr. (FY15), Rs. 31.99 cr. / Rs. 5.52 cr. (FY16) and Rs. 43.64 cr. / Rs. 10.95 cr. (FY17). Note if CADSYS list at discount it is fault of lead manager Saffron and further black dot on his reputation and lower subscription is due to market and mainly Saffron and amount blocked in Worth peripheral. If it list at discount leave share market as company performance nobody see. In my view it will give listing gain as well as in long term Rs. 140/-. Please send your view on CADSYS

Agree with your analysis. It should list at premium on first day of listing as per the company profits. But it will also depend on how the overall market is on the day of listing. BTW, Worth still listed at UC even when sensex was down by 450 points.

Completely agree with you. Cadsys is way better than Arian in every terms. It has bigger asset size, higher revenue & profit, higher net worth. Company is having long term loan of Rs.11 crore a against the liquid security of Fixed deposit of Rs. 13 crore. So the long term borrowing is as good as no borrowing.

First SME allotment. Got 1/1. I only wanted 1 lot and got 1 lot. I was going to apply multiple lots thinking that allotment will be difficult like that of Worth IPO but good that I applied only 1 lot.

It might List at 10% Premium Don''t sell.
It will give Handsome Return in coming days

THERE ARE ALWAYS MORE THAN 100 COMPANIES IN ONE SEGMENT MIGHT BE 100 COMPANIES IN EACH STATE BUT THE WAY OF OPERATION DIFFERED. ONE COMPANY WITH SAME SEGMENT MIGHT BE LOSS MAKING AND VICE VERSA.

Too many RETAILERS is always a problem in price movement! Let''s hope people don''t start selling in rush. Demand and supply ratio will decide the price. I''ve got a few lots and Will try to buy more on day 1 of listing.

Don''t u think it will locked in UC on first day.

It might end up in UC but anyone will be able to buy if he or she wants because of too many retail allotments and that too mostly to newbies who will definitely want to book profits whatever they get! Let''s see how it goes. Just sharing my personal thoughts from my past experiences. :)

Everything is good for company i. e. balancesheet, valuation, management, & growth
Only worrisome thing is, this is saffron''s first ipo as lead manager. Because of this inexperience there was tepid response.... . Let''s see how they manages after listing...... Lot depends on leadmanagers....in first test they fail to convince people to subscribe
