My take is to apply in Burger King IPO only for listing gain I am not sure for long term as company is Delivering loss being cautious about capital will book profit on the day of listing if allotted. ..

Burger King, one of renowned brands in America, they serve in 108 countries Burger King USA. The company has started its operation in India in 2015 and currently having 261 stores in India and likely to open 700 Plus stores in 2026. But the coronavirus havebimpact on hotel industries and as a result the six months results were not good for the companies but the company has good presence in young people and the qsr chain is going to be a hot spot in coming year therefore long-term investors must invest it is reasonable price at 60 rupees and likely to give good returns in long term, because of the food chain industries the company is backed by everstone qsr Asia and the company pays 5% royalty to the Burger King USA for master franchise. The company has posted good results of revenue 800 crore plus last year but due to the covid-19 next few qtr could be painful for the company and apply for long term investing and will wait for the covid-19 to go , however the IPO is fancy and will fetch some listing gains for the investors there is nothing much left for retail investors as the size is reserved for them is 10%
One must apply for listing gains and can hold it for long term....

QSR Biz will be growing no doubt in it. Among the listed players, the company has westlife and Jubilant food as its peers Westlife owns MCD franchise whras Jubilant works under dominos, Domino's is far better player because it has a good revenue margins. BK is oss making companies from last 4 years and don't see much profits in coming years has hotel industries needs at least 4 years for a store to get break even. The companies just valued at 2260 crores. But soon likely to come under 5000 crores market capitalisation because of its revenue growth. Company had hit hard by valuation due covid levels.

How many shares you tender , in that only 50% or 75% whatever only company will buyback . Not what you have in your account. After buyback over released portion you will sell in market.
