What's the final verdict? Apply? Apply using multiple accounts as retail investor? or one account as HNI ? Or just skip this one? Can anyone answer this please?

If applying it is always advisable to apply through multiple retail accounts. As per current HNI expectation of 250x minimum 37.5 Lac application has to be made for confirm allotment. So HNI is not advisable for retail.

ganesh jaiswal Sahab,
A sincere advice... To get maximum advantage of buyback, please Tender all shares instead of 50% of your holdings.
Sir, Please guide me on how to tender share for buyback in ANGEL Broking Demat account? There is no buyback option available on the online platform of Angel Broking.

@SARITHAS You got mail from company , please cheek your mail , take printout and fill it and submit to your broker
@Sarita S - You can call your RM or Branch where you hold account or Angel Back office and tell them you want to tender your shares for buyback. You can also send email to them. Do it only after buyback window opens i.e. after 7th Dec.
Sir, though I am not an expert, in my opinion, only a very little risk is involved if you can purchase the shares around @Rs.350/. All the best, sir.

Try to buy dfhl. Purely trading bet. No value investing.

AbhishekK , If you have asked to me then... Investment for three months only when Market is almost all time high ( Specially Largecap) may be a risky bet. But If you are keen to invest , than B/Airtel, Reliance, Sbi card, Sonata, Linde, Hdfc trio may be considered. First four are laggards of recent relly, so downside is limited. But Upside.. Unlimited. Thanks.

You can also buy Wipro at cmp and tender your shares during buybck process. About 40-50% AR likely to be there.
Managment bolta hai company lagatar lose mai isliye hai ki hum naye restorant khol rhe hai 2026 tak 700 rastorant ho jayenge matlab tab tak company lose mai hi rahegi , fir too iss company mai kewal listings gain ke liye hi apply karna chahiye longterm ke liye nhi varna ye 700 restorant kholne ke chakkr mai 2026 se phle gayab hi ho jayegi company ka future too future group ki tarh hi ho jayega ...lose wali company ke sare restorant bahut jayda kiraye par hai v har saal bda hua kiraya + naye restorant kholene ka bhar company ko le dubega
2026 ke baad bhi loss mai hi rahegi kyuki tabtak bahot saare competitor ke fast food restaurant chain ho jayange aur competetion badh jaayegi fir baad mai company burger ki jagah vadapau bechegi cost cutting ke liye.
